Last year I made some ghoulish labels to go on wine bottles, as well as place cards to go in front of our “cocktail” bowl. It was something really quick and easy to do and details like that are fun for guests to read. In case you’re thinking about having a Halloween get-together, I made a few labels below that you can click on and print out. Go nuts.

I heart wine.

I love this! I have these leftover corks we’ve collected from our special bottles of wine. What a cute idea. Love the colors.

I saw this on Apartment Therapy and thought this was a great idea! I have a thing for card catalogs and never could justify buying one because I didn’t know what I’d do with it. Now I do! Woowoo. Now if Craigslist ever has one again, it’s mine!

Ok, sorry for the delay in posting the deets on my weekend in the Hamptons. It’s been a crazy day. Anyway, lets start out at the rehearsal dinner. The bride and groom hosted their guests at the Wolfer Vineyard in Bridgehampton. They had the run of the whole winery and used the outside terrace for dinner and cigars, and the inside space for dessert, cocktails and dancing. Unfortunately, it was really rainy all weekend, and the wind was particularly gusty that day so the rain plan had to be put into action. The venue was absolutely gorgeous regardless of the weather and the perfect setup for a rehearsal dinner. Feast your eyes on the deliciousness below:

Dinner on the terrace. Love the rustic Tuscany feeling! The tarps were put up to keep out rain, sad.

A: Oh Oh! One of my favorite weddings I saw online was at the Wolfer Vineyard! I’ll have to do a Wedding Wednesday post of it. It’s such a beautiful place. Especially in the sunlight.

So we decided that every once in a while on our blog, we would like to pay tribute to some of the great companies and products out there that allow us to enjoy ourselves in a budget-friendly, but just as satisfying manner. Our first post is dedicated to none other than our favorite el cheapo wine brand: Charles Shaw, otherwise known as  2 Buck Chuck. Thanks Chuck for getting me through a lot of mundane nights in an affordable warm and fuzzy haze.
