Better Late Than Never?

So I’ve returned from the cosmic black hole that sucked me into its depths. Lame excuse, sorry :( Anyway, compared to my sis, I had a pretty laid back Halloween. Jeffers is not all that into dressing up, or even the holiday of Halloween itself, so needless to say, there were no costumes this year. Sniff. Anyway, so on the way home from work last week I passed by Bergdorf’s windows and was stunned. They were so cool!! Check them out:

Bergdorf’s always has such awesome windows, I can’t even fathom how long it takes for them to create these things. Can’t wait for the Christmas displays!

Anthropologie Displays

So this isn’t anything new. Anthropologie’s store displays are amazing. They never cease to surprise me and they’re always a wonderful source of creative inspiration. Well my latest inspiration came from both Anthropologie and something our San Francisco mayor had mentioned a while back about beautifying our city. There are so many empty store fronts out there lately with “for lease” signs. I thought it’d be great to take these empty windows and decorate them with an awesome eye-catching display. Not only does it benefit the city and the empty building, but it’s something to add to the ole portfolio. This is totally an idea that dawned on me recently and I have yet to contact anyone (they may look at me like i’m nuts), but if any of you readers are in San Francisco and want to help, send us an email!
