Glee

You know those TV shows that you literally spend your your entire day waiting in anticipation to watch them? Those shows that honestly make your day worthwhile. I have many of them, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, The Office etc. But my all time favorite right now………is Glee! I love it, probably more than I should. It pretty much sums up my high school career: cheerleading, music theatre etc. Except the people in my life weren’t as crazy as the people on the show and I never had a slushie thrown in my face, (can’t wait for next week’s episode!) I don’t know whether it’s the power vocals of Lea Michele or the goosebump worthy finale performances at the end of each show, but I always find myself jamming out in my kitchen singing into my spatula the latest song featured on that night’s episode. Embarrassing, yes, do I care, no.

A lot of people would say that the cast over acts and the entire show is just way over the top. But I don’t care, it’s feel good TV and I can’t get enough of it! So bring on a little Don’t Stop Believin’ and Walkin’ on Sunshine because it certainly makes coming home from a hard day’s work just a teeny weeny bit better.

Are there any shows that brighten your day?

A: I have too many shows that I look forward to every week. Like 30 Rock premiering tonight! I didn’t see Glee last night, but I did watch Cougartown. Despite the lousy reviews, I like it! However I do have a question about last night’s episode where Courtney Cox shows her old sex tape with her husband to her best friends. I mean I don’t care if it’s 20 years ago, I would never do that! Wouldn’t you be weirded out watching your friend go at it with her man? Maybe I’m a prude but that’s just a bonding experience with my pal that I never want to have.
