Snow & Graham’s calendars are one of my favorites every year. Simple and sophisticated design. Me likey.
For the inner child in you, this bubble calendar is perfect for you! I’d have to restrain myself from popping them all!

Paloma’s Nest is one of my favorite Etsy shops. She makes the prettiest little clay dishes and ornaments. Some of her new stuff is holiday-related like the “First Christmas” ornament with your names stamped into the clay. I’m a sucker for stamped anything. It gives such a great handmade rustic quality to things. Definitely check out her shop for great little handmade gift ideas!

Ever wanted to know who invited the drunk guy doing the Macarena to the wedding? Now you can with this trusty wedding genealogy chart! Whip that out and you can quickly find that he’s the groom’s aunt’s belligerent boyfriend. Ah that explains it. The cool design team MelangerieNYC designed these as well as some other very cute stuff for sale on Etsy.

I discovered the term “Druzy” on Etsy. It refers to the small crystals that are usually formed on the inside of geodes. I used to think that rock crystal jewelry was more for Rastafarian cougars or people who owned dream-catchers. (No offense to those that do.) But I sort of am liking them now and wouldn’t mind owning one of these.
• Blue pendant sold out but this one is pretty.
• Burgundy pendant
• Heart pendant
• Don’t know where green ring is from
• Gray with Citrine pendant
• Purple pendant

Have you guys ever heard of this blog Regretsy? It’s brilliant! and hilarious. I love Etsy to death, but there is definitely some weird ass sh*t on there and this blog I think has found the motherload. Here are a just a few samples of the stuff they found:

AND there is a Twilight category.

I think I’ve been watching too much football or hanging out with boys too much because I just used the phrase “clutch” as an adjective. My husband was just saying the other night that “unfortunately” he knows what clutch (the noun) is. So I guess we’re even.
Anyhoo, since it’s Wednesday, we thought instead of posting wedding photos, we’d give you a cool bridesmaid gift idea if you can’t think of anything to give. For one of my gifts, I gave out cute little white with red stripes mini clutches. They matched the bridesmaids’ outfits and I figured they could use them again as purses or cosmetic bags.
The best EVER bridesmaid gift I received was a purse that I got to design myself at Lisa Lill Studio. The bridesmaids got to choose their own purse style and the fabrics (inside and out). It was part of the bachelorette party too. An awesome idea that everyone loved. It’s a little pricey though, so if that’s not in your budget, here are some clutches on Etsy that you could probably contact the seller and ask them to make you something in your wedding colors. How cute would your photos be with your bridesmaids lined up carrying their little matching clutches??

And if you have any money leftover for yourself, these are super cute too! Maybe for a fall or winter wedding, or just because
