This video actually inspired me though. I think next year Randy and I should go as Raggedy Anna and Randy! Yeeeaaaah. But a sexy one of course. But then Randy would have to wear this. Ickth.

So Randy and I started looking around for costume ideas for Jack this Halloween. Here are a few we showed him.
So this isn’t new news. The figure skating outfits this Olympics have been a little crazy looking. We happen to love it though and say the more sequins, chiffon and feathers (oh my!) the better. Bring. It. ON. Ohh it’s already been BROUGHTEN!
Erm, excuse me, yeah what was I saying? Right, costumes. Seriously though, what other event in the Olympics allows you to dress up in head to toe spandex, wrap yourself in streamers and throw up jazz hands to win a medal? You’ve gotta love it. So take a gander at some of our favorites from this year and let us know what you think. Auf Wiedersehen!

We’ve all done it at least once – taken a Halloween costume and “sexify” it. Sexy kitty, sexy nurse, sexy Strawberry Shortcake. I went as a Catholic school girl one year and a sexy army brat another. Other costumes didn’t need the word “sexy” added to it. “Sexy dominatrix” is a little redundant no? Anyway, I’ve accepted that this is how Halloween goes but it still makes me laugh. I started thinking about all the costumes out there that have been “sexified” and some of them are a little outrageous. Then I started thinking about what costume ideas just shouldn’t ever be sexy. I broke it down into 3 categories: Animals, Inanimate Objects, and Occupations. Here’s what I came up with:
Next is “inanimate objects” and frankly I couldn’t think of one object that is sexy or could even be made sexy. Don’t get me wrong, people have attempted, but I’m just not feeling it. See for yourself below.
