It’s My Hubby’s Birfday

Today is my sweet, sweet hubby’s  23rd birthday. And thank goodness for that! I was tired of being 24 years old and being married to a 22 year old, ew. Cougar status to the max, yo. Imagine being 21 years old and dating a 19 year old. Awkward. Anywho, Jeff and I have seen many a birthday come and go together, but this year was our first time to share our birthdays together being married. Awww. And this year, I’m proud to say, I’m now married to the hottest 12 year old on the block :)

Happy Birthday Jeff! Thank you for….

Always laughing with me, and not at me.

Always knowing how to make me smile.

Always sweeping me off my feet.

And always being willing to dance. I love you :)

So I know with blogging, timing is everything. So this is a huge blogger FAIL on our part. While I was busily getting ready to not ski in Tahoe this weekend, I totally missed TayTay’s 18th birthday! You know what that means ladies…

Get outtta my dreams…. get into my pants car…. oooh ooooh ooooohhhh….

Sorry Billy Ocean just seemed appropriate at the moment.

Oh! and one more thing…

Happy Birfday to Me :)

Lots of people dread birthdays. Maybe it’s the thought of getting older. I don’t know. But I love birthdays. And tomorrow just happens to be my 24th birthday…or as I like to affectionately refer to it as my “birfday.” In honor of my day of birth I’d like to share with you a little video I made of my future puppy. Yes, I said it. PUPPY! We’re getting a puppy. Jeffers surprised me over Christmas. Squeeeeeeeee! We’re being very responsible and going through a wonderful breeder who has educated us a lot on becoming new doggy parents. I’m reading up on all of my puppy manuals and preparing for the little fluffy addition to our family. The next step is to puppy proof this apartment, whew! But, without further ado….

Jack turns 2!

I can’t believe our lil boy is a tweenager (in dog years). It seems like just yesterday  we were carrying him home in a shoebox. Sniff. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we went to the toy store and had Jack pick out his favorite treats. Then we picked up an In N Out Burger and went to the park to celebrate. It was a beautiful day. We ate burgers and chased balls in the park. His only punishment was being forced to wear the birthday hat.
