I was walking past a park today full of parents with their kids, and parents with their doggies. I was thinking about what it would be like if we had a kid and what he/she would be like. I also was wondering if our dog Jack was a foreshadowing of what said kid would be like. They say dogs are great practice for future parents. So judging from how Jack has turned out, our future child will be super hyper and sometimes loud. And fast! With a tendency to wander away (or chase down) something he sees that he likes. He’ll be a picky eater, and a TV addict. And since he’s an only child, he’ll have some trouble sharing his toys and may be a bit of a bully towards the other kids, including the bigger ones – which means he’ll be a biter. But he’ll be a huge mommy and daddy’s boy to the point that he maaaaay suffer from a little separation anxiety. He’ll be super spoiled rotten, rewarded with tons of toys, treats and kisses. And if we’re saying Jack is a representation of our future child, he will be very hairy… and black.
LOL.

It’s May! That means peonies are in full bloom. If I had it my way, I’d have a fresh bouquet (or 2) of these around the apartment every day.
