Just in case you didn’t already know, today is Anna’s 30th birthday, woohoo! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG SIS! It’s quite the milestone to hit the big three-oh and certainly very exciting! Live it up today and treat yourself special because it’s your big day. Wish I could be there, but you know I’m there in spirit! Love you! I’ll always be the Pippa to your Kate
In response to Anna’s post, I’d like to throw my hand way up in the air and scream like a little girl, “ME! I’M WATCHING THE ROYAL WEDDING LIVE!” In fact, I’m watching it live on one channel and then re-watching it on another channel. I’m stoked. I was supposed to be watching it at home in NC tomorrow morning, but in a not so surprising turn of events….my flight home got cancelled this evening. Shocking I know. But, I’ve got my coffee to keep me going, my comfy jammies, and my DVR remote so I can rewind over and over to get a good luck at Kate’s dress. I’m literally going to have to dash out the door as soon as it’s over to catch my flight….but I am not missing that kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace! Perhaps I will try to live blog while watching it, but lets be honest, I’ll be doing great if I can actually keep my eyes open at 3:00am in the morning. Oh God, that’s 3 hours from now. Perhaps I should go to sleep?
For Harry Potter that is. The official trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 was released today and it’s epic. I might seriously cry throughout the entire movie. I’m not joking. Like alligator tears. And Jeff will just have to be embarrassed of me. Click the picture below and check it out!
Epic man, epic. I still want to go to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando. Have any of you gone? Jeff won’t take me
If you’re anything like me, you too get annoyed with Facebook statuses that are filled with crazy misspelled words. Well folks, we’re not alone. I stumbled upon this hysterical website dedicated to highlighting the best of the best Facebook statuses that suffer from a bad case of no spell-check. Below are some of my faves, but also check out This Site!
Oh Charlie Sheen. You either love him or you hate him. And I’m sure if you live in Detroit, you hate him. Regardless, I stumbled upon this little video the other day over at FoodNetworkHumor and it made me chuckle. Classic Charlie doing his thang.
Happy Final Four Weekend! If you’re like me, you probably burned your bracket weeks ago, but I’ll still tune into the games anyway. Personally, I’m pulling for Butler. I love a good comeback kid story. And it doesn’t hurt that they have one of the cutest mascots around! Watch this around the 50 second mark!
And I think they’re head coach is cute. I guess I have a thing for baby-faced boys
I found this little didy on one of my friend’s Facebook pages. It’s not particularly relevant today, but man o man it would have been great for Valentine’s Day or especially St. Patrick’s Day! Who doesn’t appreciate a bunch of drunk Irishmen singing and perfectly harmonizing a Savage Garden love song? Love it!
I was severely pigeon-toed when I was little. Not so much anymore, after years of straightening myself out, but my left foot still turns in quite noticeably when I walk…especially when I’m tired, or intoxicated. But anywho, check out this video of this little girl desperately trying to master the art of “First Position.” I’m willing to bet I looked like that for a while when I was little. She’s just so darn cute, and she’s trying so hard! You get an “A” for effort little one!
Although it is years down the road, if I have a little girl, I seriously can’t wait to dress her up in tutus!! I might be one of those mommies who would let her wear her tutu in public too. Hey, I’m an advocate for freedom of expression and creativity and if my little girl wants to go shopping with mommy dressed in her sparkly pink tutu, then I’m not stopping her
