I love how the snow storm that’s hitting the east is being dubbed end of the world names like “Snowpacalyse,” “Snowmageddon” and “The Snow Rapture.” Okay that last one I made up. But you have to admit, the terms the news has been using to describe the storm are hilarious. It’s like something you’d use to describe an abusive relationship:
Batters
Pulverizes
Pummels
Chokes
Wallops
Paralyzes
Slaps <–seriously??
Is the storm wearing a wifebeater too?

on February 6, 2010 at 2:44 pm Haha, this makes me laugh. All of our local news stations were freaking out about the snow last night. We woke up to a whopping quarter of an inch of snow this morning.

on February 9, 2010 at 8:40 am I’m in Baltimore… we did get a little over 2ft. Let me tell you that’s a shit ton of snow to dig… took us two days to clear the driveway and on the third day the plow came through
OH and guess what else they’re calling for 12-20 inches today into tomorrow!

on February 9, 2010 at 9:56 am LOL thanks for the pics. Those are hilarious. I’m sorry you’re being walloped by snow. I’ve never seen anything quite like it except for in the mountains here. A city buried under almost 4 feet of snow is insane!
