Confetti Cake!

Does anyone else remember confetti cupcakes from birthday parties when you were little? How great were they? Especially when you mixed them with the confetti vanilla frosting. Oh good lord. So yea, I had a pretty crappy day yesterday, and when I got home the hubsters and I baked confetti cupcakes, and it completely turned my day around

Nothing like a little sugar, food dye, and unidentified candy specks embedded into cake to completely make your day.

A: I’ve never seen a couple eat so many cupcakes as you and Jeffers! I dub you “The Cupcake Couple.” As for confetti cupcakes, you’re that kid that ate the rainbow colored vanilla ice cream that would turn your mouth blue.
